The apartments are located in the beautiful village of Borik, 2.5 km from the center of Rovinj, in a family house.
About us
The house and apartments are located in a pine forest, a beautiful and quiet village not far from Rovinj and 70 m from a well-maintained beach.
Above the beach there are two inns, a playground for children, all possible sports and a promenade by the sea that goes around several bays, a taxi boat that regularly sails to Rovinj in the summer and according to a schedule.
There is a minimarket 300m away and the first large supply center 1.5 km away.
Apartments
Apartment 2: for 4 people +1 extra bed
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one double with TV and one with a double bed and is large enough to add an extra bed. Each bedroom has air conditioning, access to a balcony with a table for 2 and a sea view. The apartment has two bathrooms. The new kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, oven, 3 gas + 1 electric hob, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, table for 4 people and all utensils.
Apartment 3: for 3 people +1 extra bed
The apartment consists of a large air-conditioned room with a double bed and a single bed, and there is space for an extra bed and a TV. It opens onto a large terrace equipped with a shower, awning and table for 4, with a beautiful panorama surrounded by pine trees on the sea and islands. A small kitchen with 2 hotplates, a table for 4, a refrigerator and all utensils.
